Of Blogs and Me

it's been a week since i started this blog. this was my 2nd blog actually. i had one a month ago but i kind of hated the URL i made, remember-2-breathe.blogspot.com. so i decided to make another one. hahaha. it even took me 2 days to figure out a better URL. it's one of those days when i just think of my little sister and tell myself that i miss her so much already. i asked myself, "why not put her name in the blog url?" and i did (btw, i'll talk about my little sister in the next few days if i'm not that busy). but the original blogname had to stick, Remember to Breathe. i like it that way. Got it from Dashboard Confessional's song from So Impossible album. I don't really remember how i began to like that 3-word phrase but it just stuck. and have i told u that thinking of an appropriate blog title is harder than of that of the url? I had a couple of titles in mind when i began blogging, one was Insomnia and Other Lullabyes (ang cute noh? haha). i even asked jae and candy about it. got it from Cynthia Alexander's album. nice song. maybe i'll just place it in the blog description. haynaku.
FAST FORWARD, i had my blog. it took me like 4 damn hours to customize it (talk about interruptions, i was on my office work. haha). Got the Dots Template coz i preferred my pic and my profile on the left side, and simpy because everybody seems to have theirs on the right side. i liked it that way. so i deleted the dots background and replaced it with an simple adidas wallpaper. uploaded my pic (my shoes actually) that i worked on with Printshop 7.0 and MS Photo Editor couple of days before. (The mysterious shoe pic deserves an article, watch out for it. hahaha.) Registered for a Photobucket account. Got a Chatbox (Cbox). Deleted some entries (blogtitle & profile) on the sidebar and replaced it with own. i then made my own blogtitle image on MS Paint using a formal longhand font (forgot the name) and placed it in the main window. It was kind of simple but not boring, disordered but not messy. I like it that way. I hope to add more entries on the profile part, some nice pics and some links in the next few days (or weeks). that's it. gotta go to work. remember to breathe.
