Dibidi dibidi

This would be my first time to actually make a review, wait... not review, story nalang... about a film i saw. I'm not a good critic i know, but i do enjoy movies. Here goes...

Silence of the Lambs
Starring: Jodie Foster, Anthony Hopkins, Scott Glenn
Director: Jonathan Demme
1991, Orion Pictures

Dubbed as one of the best movies in the nineties (READ: 1991), Silence of the Lambs was the first of the Hannibal series. It's funny that i saw Hannibal and the Red Dragon first, but that always happens anyways. The story evolves around Clarice Starling (Foster), an FBI trainee who was assigned to help find a psycopathic killer with the help of another imprisoned killer, the brilliant Dr. Hannibal "Cannibal" Lecter (Hopkins). Halfway throught the movie, i knew Dr. Lecter would escape. He was one smart ass. He uses anagrams as clues. He can tell who you are and where you're from from your accent and physical appearance. He knows your past by just talking to you, and boy, he can even smell you and tell what perfume your wearing. One unforgettable part of the movie, which i know everybody would agree, was his escape. Killed 2 guards, beated one with the baton, and bit the other and removed his face. Gross. This film made it on my list. Ang di motan-aw, talawan!
Rating: 4.5 out of 5

Ditto. That's a really good movie. Took me fifteen years after 'twas released to take its beauty it but I guess it's never too late to catch up.

And 'twas a good thing I had someone who had covered my eyes when things got too gory. :D
